  1. Such an informative podcast by Dr. Nicholson, talking about some dangerous issues. We are seeing how global warming is affecting every facet of our lives; including simple exercising and training. Heat strokes are indeed dangerous, and being seen more in recent times. Coaching staff has to ensure water breaks and not stick to pre-conceived rules. The weather is changing and it is imperative to acclimatize athletes before putting them on high-intensity training.
