Two Athletico Fitness Centers off six to eight week preseason rugby training camps are offered at both our St. Charles and Oak Brook Fitness centers. Each rugby training session is designed by a team of Rugby and Fitness professionals with International Rugby experience. Utilizing the IRB strength and conditioning guidelines players get prepared for the season, get in shape and ready to scrum!
